Chillers

The chiller product line encompasses several specialized categories designed for precise temperature control across various applications. The Benchtop Chemical Chiller (HED series) provides direct temperature control for chemical liquids within 300-750 watts, featuring a fluororesin heat exchanger and thermoelectric Peltier cooling from 10.0-60.0°C with ±0.1°C precision. It accommodates diverse fluids including hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and deionized water.

The Benchtop Precision Chiller series (HEC, HEF, and INR models) delivers 140-1200 watt cooling capacity with temperature control from 4.0-60.0°C at ±0.01°C accuracy. These units employ air or water cooling and include 15 diagnostic alarms accessible via LCD display or serial communication.

The Dual Channel Chiller for lasers (HRL series) uniquely combines optical head and oscillator cooling in one unit, controlled through a single touch panel. It features a triple inverter system for the fan, pump, and compressor, along with waste heat recovery heating. The copper-free design accommodates deionized water and includes conductivity control.

Large Capacity Chillers provide 10-28 kW cooling capacity in a compact design, with both air and water cooling options. The High Performance Heat Exchanger (HRW) series operates without refrigerants, achieving ±0.3°C stability from 20-90°C, with 23 diagnostic alarms and multiple communication options.

Rack Mount Chillers integrate into standard 19-inch racks, offering space efficiency and system mobility. These units maintain ±0.1°C temperature stability from 10-35°C through air or water-cooled refrigeration circuits. The Circulating Bath (HEB model) combines a controller and liquid tank, operating from -15.0 to 60.0°C with ±0.2°C precision using fluorinated fluid, featuring facility water heat dissipation and diagnostic capabilities.
