Flow Controller for Water

The FC2W is a flow controller designed for water temperatures ranging from 0-50°C. It employs a motor-driven adjustable flow restriction in conjunction with feedback from a Karman vortex flow sensor to regulate flow rate in response to an analog input signal. When a single water supply is split into multiple lines, flow rates can vary between lines. The FC2W can stabilize these variations, ensuring a consistent flow rate in each line. Note that the FC2W lacks a flow shutoff feature. To enable flow stoppage, it can be paired with a VXZ 2-port solenoid valve. Additionally, the device features an error status LED and is grease-free, making it suitable for clean applications.
