The static control product line encompasses several key categories designed to address electrostatic challenges in industrial and manufacturing environments. Bar ionizers serve as the foundation of many static elimination systems, with 1,727 different models available to suit various installation requirements and coverage areas. These units provide consistent ion delivery across their length for uniform static neutralization of surfaces and materials.
Fan ionizers offer a different approach, utilizing 214 distinct models that incorporate built-in fans to distribute ionized air without requiring compressed air supplies. The IZF10 series features a compact design with four electrodes positioned around the discharge grill and can be powered directly by 24VDC or through an optional 120V AC adapter. These units are particularly suitable for enclosure mounting or benchtop applications using available mounting brackets.
For targeted static control in confined spaces, nozzle ionizers provide 231 specialized solutions. The IZN series offers a self-contained design in a palm-sized format, while the IZT43 provides an even more compact ionizing head with separate power and control modules for installations up to 3 meters from the operator station. Both options include PLC I/O connectivity for automated operation.
The ZVB desktop duster box integrates three essential functions: static neutralization, dust removal, and dust collection. This cleaning device is specifically designed for small and medium-sized static-sensitive components. It features photoelectric detection to automatically initiate the cleaning cycle when parts are placed inside, making it ideal for cleaning optical glass, resin-molded materials, circuit boards, and medical devices.
For monitoring and measurement, the product line includes 36 sensor options. The IZH10 handheld electrostatic meter allows portable detection of static fields, while the IZD10 sensor paired with an IZE11 monitor provides permanent installation options with LED display, configurable switch outputs, and analog output capabilities for automated system integration.
Complementing these active devices, specialized antistatic vacuum cups and fittings are available in conductive NBR or antistatic urethane materials. The urethane pads feature surface resistance ratings of 10^9 to 10^11 ohms, while vacuum pad attachments utilize conductive PEEK material construction for complete static dissipation during material handling operations.
