Vacuum Products
The vacuum product line encompasses a broad range of components designed for industrial vacuum applications. Air conveyors (ZH series) operate without moving parts to create vacuum for transferring bulk materials like grain and pellets, while also providing smoke and debris extraction capabilities. These units can be reversed to function as air blow-off devices.
The vacuum generator portfolio includes models achieving vacuum levels up to -27 inHG (-91kPa) with suction flows exceeding 7 SCFM (200 l/min) in multi-stage configurations. Units can be installed individually or connected via manifolds, with options to integrate suction filters, vacuum sensors, and control valves directly on the generator.
Suction cups are available in 19 diameter sizes from 2mm to 200mm, manufactured from materials including Silicon, NBR, Urethane, and Fluorine. Installation options include spring-loaded buffers and threaded stems, with specialized configurations for check valve, porous material, and annulus area applications.
The vacuum filter line features lightweight, compact designs protecting equipment from airborne contaminants. Filter elements can be replaced without tools for efficient maintenance. High vacuum products, particularly used in semiconductor manufacturing, include specialized valves, pressure switches, cylinders and gate valves engineered for non-leakage, cleanliness and corrosion resistance requirements.
Additional components include vacuum switches with digital pressure monitoring, vacuum saving valves for optimized energy usage, and vacuum regulators for precise pressure control. The Series SP adsorption plate provides an ultra-flat surface for maintaining workpiece flatness during vacuum holding. The ZCUK series incorporates vacuum passages within cylinder rods for pad mounting, while the AMJ series removes water droplets from vacuum pump intake air. The AMV exhaust cleaner removes over 99.5% of oil mist and particles larger than 0.3μm from compressed air.
